Customer makes payment by tapping his/her NFC M-Pesa card on the merchant POS with LipaSpot mobile application A request is sent to telco to initiate a payment based on the bill details Customer receives an STK push requesting for the payment approval by entering the PIN Transaction is complete and a receipt is generated
The customer can make payment by scanning a QR code displayed on the LipaSpot after the merchant has keyed in the details of payment. Customer receives an STK push requesting for the payment approval by entering the PIN The transaction details are received on the M-PESA side and a receipt is generated and printed on the POS
The customer taps the card on the smart POS and the app is able to connect to the back account to initiate the payment. Once all the requirements to complete the transaction are met, the transaction is completed and a receipt generated.
